That saying is true- SURROUND Yourself with Smart people- you eventually become smart- Surround yourself with losers- You eventually become a loser- too. Well This weekend was GREAT- meet some new interesting folks- Friday was my nephew's 18th Birthday- we set up a quick party for him at my moms and Dads house, had some friends and family come thru, had TONS of food. On Saturday Night I met up with my homegirl and hit SF to go to the club- We had a BLAST!! She introduced me to the owner of the club too and we became INSTANT best friends! I didn't have to buy ONE DRINK.. i swear I had more than 3 double shots of Patron.. Yea I was on a good one... Anyways- while we were all jus chillin and drinking, the owner tells me "ok Analynn-" You have to come back here on this date. And I was like... Ok well I don't think I have anything planned for that weekend so, yea it sounds good.. But the owner was like "NO, you don't understand" So I asked- Are you guys having like some type of special event? And... everyone shook their head but almost in like this - DON'T SAY ANYTHING type of way cuz this is ONLY BETWEEN US- type of thing.. So the deal is- one of the Bouncers/Security Guard that works for this club also does part time in Oakland as security for the OAKLAND RAIDER players. anyways- couple weeks back some of the players asked the Security guy where's a COOL PLACE to get a drink, get a little dance on.. but with out all the HYFYness - So the Security dude told them about this place.. and they went.. and the Raiders LOVED IT. So they've made arrangements to party up at this place in a couple of weeks.. And soooooo now... I'M being personally invited to hang-out with the Raiders.. EVEN THOUGH I'M DIE HARD 49ER fan- but hey its Bay Area- its all good.. haha.. I told my new "best friend" the Owner and of course my other homies- I'M DOWN! i'm looking forward to this :)
