On Wednesday night JP texts Mike and tells us to meet up with him at some little hole in the wall bar in town.. First off- THERE ARE SEVERAL reasons why I DON’T do Bars or “nightclubs” in Vallejo.. ANYWAYS…
So we go to the “Bluerock Inn Bar” there was maybe like 7 people in the place when we got there.. it was pretty late too on a Wednesday night.. anyways.. we only met JP and Francisco there to Match one- We did.. got out of the car went into the bar.. Me and Mike ended up playing some Pool… and then… JP starts buying drinks.. then Mike starts playing some guy we met at the Bar and wins on the first shot cuz he sinks the 8 ball in right on break.
So there goes another free Drink… Then Francisco accidently spills the remaining half I had and after that.. I lost count on how many long Islands I drank.. ALL I KNOW WAS .. everything kinda seemed blurry after a couple…lol
Well at one point these other “dudes” walked in..
One guy in particular starts EYEBALLIN me right when he walks in.. I feel him staring hard too.. at that time I was talking to JP’s Girlfriend which was across from the pool table where Mike and JP where kicking it.. the guy that was staring at me starts playing music on the Jukebox and walks right up to me and starts dancing… I walk away.. Mike was in the Bathroom at the time so I walked towards Francisco and post it with him till Mike gets back…
While I’m waiting for Mike I tell Francisco that the DUDE keeps on staring and he needs to back up a little before Mike catches on.. or its ALL BAD-
So I forget what happens I know JP hands me over another drink.. me and Francisco are cracking up watching Mike whoop ass in Pool..
Mike gives me a couple of dollars to play in the jukebox and I’m stoked I walk over to the juke box and seconds later.. here comes “Dude” next to me.. smiling.. “whadda you gonna play sexy?” he says to me.. I ignore him… then he gets really close to my ear and says.. “ahh baby put your money away.. its no good here I’ll take care of it for you..”.. I Tell him in a FIRM manner.. “its good, I got it.”… And that’s when it all started…
Out of no where Mike runs up to the guy and tells him to back up.. doesn’t like him in my ear.. and that I’m his Chick and he needs to respect that cuz I’m with him..
JP takes me and pulls me to the back and starts telling me that dudes are “SCRAPS”.. I’m like “Scraps?” WTF does that mean? Then it all clicks.. GANGSTA.. back in the day.. CUZ , Scraps.. blue..Cuz
How could I forget.. JP, Francisco.. = Red.. and I’m thinking OHH SHIT..
I was soo gone, so buzzed… All I heard was a bunch of guys yelling… and then Mike, Francisco, JP grabs me and Cristina and says “WE’RE LEAVING NOW!!”
All I remember after being carried away… I’m sitting in Mike’s truck and Mike BRAKES HARD cuz the Scraps come running out and dude pops the trunk as if he strapped big time about to do something..
I tell, and beg Mike “babe, please lets jus go…”.
We ended up at JP’s house afterwards.. even more intoxicated… talking hella mess about the “scraps” and how Mike and Dude almost boxed but the bartender lady steps in… and yadda yadda yadda… for a Wednesday night… that was pretty exciting.. LOL
Friday afternoon before leaving for Reno..
we visit our friend Drew.. he owns a glass pipe buisness for Medicinal Marijuana.. he'll be opening up a new store in downtown Vallejo.
Drew is Mike's friend who is VERY COOL.. here's one of his "special" plants he had growing in the sun...
So then on Friday night… We’re in RENO.. its Mike’s sister’s 21st Birthday and its Mike’s birthday also. His WHOLE family is reno for the event.. Even Grandma is there too!
Me, Mike, his 2 sisters and their boyfriend and friends decide to do a little bar hopping for her 21st.. OUR GOAL.. GET STAYCE wasted!! LOL! It was funny too because Mike’s dad was telling me.. yea don’t get her too wasted she gets emotional… LOL..
Anyways Jennie’s boyfriend Christian buys us Cherry bomb shots, and after a couple.. I’m BUZZED.. AGAIN.. we hit up several little bars and then end up at the Brewery in Eldorado.. or Silver Legacy.. can’t remember.. all I know was.. Me, Stayce, and Katelynn took Stayce to the dance floor.. Mike’s sitting across from where we’re dancing so he has a good view of us… We’re dancing having a good time… then these 2 guys start coming around us.. one of the guys keeps on dancing up on me… I’m shaking my head “no” to him because I already Know.. if this man gets any closer….
Then, jus like the other guys.. he tries telling me something in my ear.. I shake my head “no to him” and also I point at my ear letting him know I can’t hear him.. music is too loud…
5 seconds later… MIKE IS on the dance floor Yelling at the guy to give me SPACE.
AHHEYE YAieee Yaieee… SMH.
Then another commotion happens at the club… The Dude apologizes and even offers to buy me and Mike and his sisters a drink but instead Mike wants to leave..
We kinda get into a little argument but it was more of him just venting…
He tells me that’s the reason why he doesn’t like going to BARS or CLUBS.. everytime we go now.. its like he’s always getting into a fight with some stupid guy trying to get at me..
But I tell him.. the other times we weren’t even at a bar or Club we were at the freaking grocery store!! So don’t use the CLUB as a reason.. because.. I love CLUBBIN, DANCING.. getting my groove on..:)
Ok PLUS-I’m not trying to be BIGHEADED here.. but I’VE NEVER IN MY LIFE… had to have anyman feel overwhelemed by trying to just “protect” Me from other men…
But I get Mike’s point.. he doesn’t want to be in a place that’s just gonna open doors to start shit like this.. but geez.. what if it isn’t just at the Club or BARS? Like I said.. we were at the grocery store last time.. and Mike got confrontational with a Man that kept on Staring and trying to talk to me..
FOR ME- this is insanely funny and crazy and very… FLATTERING.. but the downside is.. I don’t want Mike getting all upset, and getting confrontational with other men.
Being a thinner person does MAKE A HUGE DIFFRENCE .. in how people treat you. It just unfortunate people don’t really look inside to find the real beauty of things.. People mostly these days.. are all about what the outside package looks like first…
Anyways.. back to the reno Trip..
On Saturday Mike’s dad treated everyone to Dinner in the Silver Legacy.. I had Sushi, and Sashimi.. MMMmmmm it was soo good.. Mike had the BBQ DINNER Ribs, Pulled Pork, Chicken..
Afterwards He treated us again with tickets to the El Dorado to see ILLUMINAIRE.. We had perfect seating! Center Stage! The show was AWESOME.. It was like a CIRQUES O LE show.. Loved it!
We got back home yesterday.. and today, I’m back in the office. I’m soo tired.. My body is still re-cooperating from all the Alcohol consumption.. its good.. I WILL NOT BE DRINKING TILL maybe the weekend… lol.. We leave late THURSDAY night with the kids headed south! The kids LOVED camping soo much last time, this time Mike picked a spot where his dad use to take him and his sisters when they were kids… and supposably or from what Mike and his dad is telling… the water at this place is soo clear.. and soo clean.. you can just drink it out of your hands right from the stream… I can’t wait!!
Camping, Fishing, knife throwing, camp fires, swimming, boating, joggin, hiking… AND MOSTLY RELAXING~ We’ll be out there for a week and I’m sooo looking forward to this getaway.
