I love my new life, I can't thank GOD enough for all the beautiful blessings that he's given me..
Lala is about to graduate Highschool and i'm SOOO excited and PROUD of my baby girl! Me and Em already told the girls after graduation.. we're going to Hawaii as a graduation gift! They soo deserve it.
Lala walked into my room yesterday and told me that she's decided to join the Navy.. I told her to talk to Mike first, that way if she's serious, he can at least give her an inside view on what to expect. She's a tuffcookie like me.. I know she's got this..I'm just so proud of her..I can't believe she's 18 and has grown into a beautiful smart Lady :)
Mike and her and a good talk, I think it reinforced her decision also.
The other morning when we were driving around town we saw the whorehouse wife driving opposite of us.. I told Mike "there's your girl~"
He got upset and said REAL SHIT? I need YOU to get over that bitch, she ain't shit, and has nothing on you. My snide remark about her being his girl wasn't called for.. That He loves his life now..and it wouldn't have been like this without me. He said he even PRAYED that we would work out because He WANTS us forever. He said that He wants to Marry me, that he feels honored that Jada calls him Dad, and that he loves how Salina calls me Mom. I told him sorry, and that he's right.. our past is our past...
And life is soo good with the kids and us. Me and him have this little saying we keep between us because of all the bullshit we went thru before and comparing it to how it is now.. "Life is Good".. yes Mike.. It is We ALWAYS SHINING! :) I love you babe~
Vacation ends tomorrow and i'm ready to get back into the game. Its been a whole month i've been off. I feel refreshed, renewed.
I bought a couple of new Calvin Klein suits that i'm sooo excited to wear!
I lost another 10 more pounds and alot of my clothes are getting too big.
Mike has been my backbone thru this. He's always on me about my workout and what I eat. I love him for that. If this was a couple years back with my ex. My ass would've been beaten for even trying to better myself..
But again, that was my past.. and i'm here now... standing, doing my THANG.. happy and definately BLESSED. Thank you GOD :)
